Pre-Move Survey:

JVK believes counseling and fact finding at the pre-move survey are critical for a suc-cessful move. Our English speaking, and often expatriate, representative will evaluate your packing requirements and discuss with you the customs procedures and explain our methods for protecting your belongings. We shall explain the FIDIiso procedure for the packing, shipping and arrival of your shipment. They will ask for your concerns and specific needs for timing, special packing, billing, or new purchases. Building management requirements at both origin and destination are also taken into consid-eration.

Moving Proposal:

Upon completion of the pre-move survey, JVK will prepare a door to door proposal. The proposal will include detailed information about the services we provide and ex-pected timing. Our proposal will be complete, with no hidden costs: Guaranteed.

Moving Protection:

Our international packaging materials are researched and specifically designed to provide your household items with the maximum amount of protection. Hydraulic trollies , push carts, and four wheel trollies are utilized to minimize carrying. Carpets and cardboard sheets are used to protect both your old and new premises.

Packing Expertise:

JVK has 15 full time packing crews. A crew consists of five men: an English speak-ing supervisor and four professional packers. All JVK packers are full time profes-sionals, some with over 25 years of industry experience. We are continually re-training all our crews to be aware and prepared to pack any kind of furniture. The crews are divided into two teams, each with a senior and junior packer.

Transportation:

JVK owns there own fleet of 6-wheel and 4-wheel open backed lorries and moving vans for the safe transit of your household items between sites. Regular mainte-nance, monitored by our ISO 9002 procedures, ensures we are transporting your as-sets with reliable, clean, and safe vehicles.

Delivery Expertise:

JVK will manage the clearance of your shipment from the Port and the delivery to your residence and arranged.
