Your Personal Moving Consultant, either Thai or Expatriate, will be the first person you meet. They are responsible for:
- Advising you and your family/company on every aspect of your move.
- Explaining the many services and service options available from JVK.
- Carrying out a thorough survey, estimating the size of the move, the time it will take to complete, and provide you with a quotation.
- Pointing out items that can’t be moved or will require special attention.
- Discussing and agree with you on the scope of the work the JVK team will carry out, and what, if any, you will choose to take on yourself.
- Agreeing with you a plan of action, a schedule for packing, dates for moving and arrival, and specifics of your new home/office/factory/venue.
- Coordinating your professional Moving Team.
- Answering any questions or concerns you may have.

Your JVK Moving Team is the key to your move. One team consists of a Supervisor, Packers, and Driver. All of them are full-time staff and must pass our rigorous in-house training program. They are responsible for:
- Taking special precautions to protect your home and its contents on moving day
- Packing all your belongings with high quality materials and adopting specific methods according to the type of service
- Preparing a detailed inventory of items to be moved (if requested)
- Tagging each carton/item with numbered and color-coded labels
- Loading your goods onto the truck
- Delivering your belongings to your new home/office/factory/venue safe and sound
- Arrangements for unpacking, re-sitting and removal of the empty cartons and packing materials
